 We are very selective in our placement of personnel. We test applicants with the Prove It System, a comprehensive, on-line/internet skill evaluation system, as well as conduct criminal background checks on each applicant prior to hiring. We are very conscientious in screening for a quality that is often overlooked and that is a "cooperative attitude." Above and beyond the testing, reference checking, and counseling, the applicant must pass the "attitude" test.
